  We love this place. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, but the food is awesome. Can't do Red River without stopping at Brett's! The French onion soup is the best I have ever had. Son loves the chicken fry and my wife loves the artichoke salad. Had the Ruben today and it was great. Keep up the good work Brett!

  Let me tell you that I don't know if the food is good or not! My husband and I were shopping and decided to stop in and make reservations for our dinner. I stood by the 'wait here' sign for a number of minutes and there was a young man behind a counter across the room. He looked directly at me then walked to a table right by where I was standing and started talking to another young man. He just ignored me. Then a young lady came into the room and put food on the same table where the young men were talking. She also looked directly at me and turned her back and walked away. I then left and will not go back. here wonder how many people have had this happen to them? Not a good way to build your business!

  Having checked out the burger joints in town we were looking for more of a meal.
  The food had some surprises, we loved the taco soup which was more of a stew then a soup. My wife had the salmon, which was good but over cooked. I endulged myself with the rib eye steak.
  I ordered it medium rare and got closer to well done. Giant pile of mashed potatoes satisfied my stomach till tomorrow. Good selection wine or beer. Decor could use a make over. The service could use some improvement.
